Cost/Insurance
Private pay rates for sessions are $190 for the initial appointment and $175 per session after that.
I am an in network provider with Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Health Partners Insurance, which means that I will bill your insurance for our sessions. You are responsible for the cost of any copayments, coinsurance, or deductible. You can contact your insurance provider to get an idea of what your out of pocket cost will be for therapy.
If you would like to use your insurance that I am not an in network provider with you will be responsible for private pay rates. I will then provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for the cost. Contact your insurance provider to ask about out of network reimbursement coverage and how you can submit a superbill, which I will provide to you.
I accept all major credit cards including HSA cards for payment of services. I do not accept checks or cash for payment of services.
