Private Pay Rates
Private pay rates for sessions are:
$190 - initial intake appointment
$181 - 60 minute session
$125 - 45 minute session
$95 - 30 minute session
Insurance
I am an in network provider with Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, and Iowa Total Care. This means that I will bill your insurance for our sessions. You are responsible for the cost of any copayments, coinsurance, or deductible. You can contact your insurance provider to get an idea of what your out of pocket cost will be for therapy.
If you would like to use your insurance that I am not an in network provider with you will be responsible for private pay rates. I will provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for the cost. Contact your insurance provider to ask about out of network reimbursement coverage and how you can submit a superbill, which I will provide to you.
I accept cash and all major credit cards including HSA cards for payment of services. I do not accept checks for payment of services.
